Catalina Santamaria, MBA
Catalina is passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and helping people. She is an advocate for those who do not have a seat at the table.
Catalina was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and has worked twenty-five years for the Walt Disney® Company. She is a founding member of the Disneyland Resort HOLA (Hispanic Organization for Leadership Advancement) business employee resource group. As a member of the HOLA leadership team, she provides Disneyland® Resort Hispanic/Latino employees and allies with the tools, resources, and opportunities to support them in their growth and development.
Catalina has fifteen years of leadership experience in the Orange County and Los Angeles non-profit sectors. Since 2005, she has been a part of the Board of Directors for Latino Health Access and currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board.
