Board of Directors

Dr. Siddall was elected to the LHA Board of Directors in 2012. She retired in 2011 from Southern California Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in Orange County, where she was a Partner Physician in the Family Medicine Department, the Assistant Director of the Orange County Kaiser Family Medicine Residency Program, and Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at UCI. She maintains a relationship with the Community Medicine component of that program.

In 1999, Dr. Siddall developed a partnership between the Kaiser Residency and LHA which expanded to include Kaiser Permanente Orange County in providing support to the organization. The Kaiser Residency operates a twice-weekly diabetes management program and a weekly behavioral health clinic in cooperation with the organization, as well as offering physician services for outreach programs in the community. She is strongly committed to the concept that integration of disease-focused and preventive medical care with education, outreach, and Healthy Communities.  The model is essential in addressing the health care crisis we face today.
