Our Downtown Family Resource Center is a warm, safe space designed to support families through every stage of life. We are here to listen and help.

A Safe Space for Every Family

The Downtown FRC offers support, education, counseling, and community engagement programs at NO COST to families with children under 18 living in Orange County. Our goal is to connect you with the tools you need to thrive.

Core Services

Essential support for your family's well-being.

Individual & Family Counseling

Professional counseling services for families receiving Family Support Services who do not have insurance.

Information & Referrals

Access to healthcare, legal aid, food distribution, classes, tutoring, and immigration services.

Family Support Services

Case management assisting families facing financial hardship, violence, or housing issues (up to 3 months).

Programs Offered

Active Parenting Classes

6-week series focused on social support, child development, and coping skills.

Domestic Violence Support Group

10-week court-approved program for survivors. Now accepting new participants.

Personal Empowerment Program (PEP)

Weekly workshops to build resilience, leadership, and self-confidence.

Youth Advisory Council

A leadership safe space for teens (13–18) to engage in service and community projects.

Community Engagement Advisory Committee (CEAC)

Leadership and mental health training for parents dealing with community advocacy.
